We charge a 15% restocking charge on any returns that are not defective. This does not affect your statutory rights
All items must be checked for defect before signing for delivery, do not accept any items that are defected as water2buy will not accept responsibility for items once signed for.

If you are not happy with your purchase you can send it back to us, no questions asked within 30 days from date of purchase.
